Editorial corrections + factual challenges

Email: [email protected]. Response within two working days. Use this if a review names a wrong licence number, mis-credits the operator, dates a regulation incorrectly, or quotes a T&C clause that the operator has since changed. We publish the correction inline on the page with a date stamp.

Bonus disputes from players

File through the complaints register, not by email. The register routes the dispute to the operator with a published reply window. We mediate, anonymise the player’s identity, and publish the full correspondence so the resolution becomes part of the operator’s track record.

Operator partnership enquiries

Email the same address with subject prefix [Partnership]. Response within five working days. Commercial relationships do not enter the editorial scoring rubric — see the About page for the published separation policy. Partnership enquiries are read by commercial, not editorial.

Same address, subject prefix [Press]. Response within two working days. We supply data from the complaints register, methodology citations, and Rudolf’s bio + photo for byline use. Embargoes honoured if flagged at first contact.
