Many casino brands that look independent share one operator, one registered address, and one set of terms. We map the registered company behind each brand we review, taken from the operator's own published terms and the Curaçao register, so you can see the corporate group, not just the storefront.

The short answer: across the brands we currently review, Wiraon B.V. (Curaçao registration 146886) owns and operates both Verde Casino and Slotoro. Two more brands, FieryPlay and Hit'n'Spin, are separate companies (Nixxe B.V. and Twicedice B.V.) registered at the same Willemstad address and promoted through the same affiliate network. Four brands, three companies, one shared corporate footprint.

Why this matters

Sister brands under one operator tend to share bonus terms, payment behaviour, withdrawal limits, and complaint handling. A self-exclusion you set at one brand may not carry to the others. A dispute pattern at one is a fair predictor of its siblings. Knowing the company behind the logo lets you judge a new brand by the track record of the group, not by its launch-week marketing.

The shared footprint

Four of the brands we review are registered at the same Willemstad address and promoted through the same affiliate network, and one company (Wiraon B.V.) operates two of them. They are separate legal entities, but they share a corporate footprint that tends to travel with their terms, payment behaviour and complaint handling.

All four brands are promoted through the same affiliate network (V.Partners). Sharing an address and a network does not make separate companies a single legal entity, but it is the kind of overlap worth knowing before you treat two "different" casinos as independent choices.

Independent operators

The rest of the casinos we review are run by separate companies, each its own registered entity at its own address, with no shared-company link to the cluster above or to each other.

The wider management group

Legal ownership, above, is the strict layer: same registration number, same company. There is a looser layer worth knowing about too, the affiliate operation that runs several of these brands. We keep the two apart on purpose, and we source this one to the operation's own brand listing and to public trademark and corporate records, not to a reviewer database.

Operators that don't publish their owner

Not every operator names its company in its own footer or terms. For these brands we record the gap as a fact, observed directly when we inspected the site, rather than attaching a company name from a third party. A casino that does not disclose who operates it is harder to hold accountable, and we mark that down in the licensing component of each review.

• Spinzen Casino — states its jurisdiction (a Cyprus-registered operator with an Anjouan-licensed parent) but does not publish the operating company name or the licence number.
• Boomerang Casino — publishes no operating company and no gambling licence anywhere on its own site (footer, About, Terms) — the weakest disclosure we have recorded. It is promoted through the Boomerang Partners affiliate network (which also runs BetiBet, Bingobonza and Lamabet); that is a management / affiliate link, not a disclosed legal owner.

How we verify ownership

Every company link on this page comes from a primary source, in this order:

1. The operator's own published terms. Most Curaçao operators carry an "owned and operated by [company], registered at [address] with registration number [n]" line in their terms or footer. That statement is the operator's own, not ours.
2. The registration number. A Curaçao registration number ties the brand to one registered company. Two brands quoting the same number are operated by the same company, which is how Verde and Slotoro resolve to Wiraon B.V.
3. The regulator. We name the licensing body (here, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board) and treat a verified, active offshore licence as one tier in our scoring.

We do not assert legal ownership from a brand's visual similarity to another, or from a reviewer database. Where the primary source is silent, we say so. The wider management group above is a separate, softer layer, and we label it that way: it is sourced to the affiliate operation's own brand listing and to public trademark and corporate records, not to the operators' registration documents.

What this means for you

• Judge the group, not the logo. A brand new in launch week inherits the track record of the company that runs it.
• Self-exclusion may not travel. Blocking yourself at one brand does not automatically block its siblings; ask the operator how their exclusion applies across the group.
• Terms tend to repeat. If one brand in a group carries a buried withdrawal cap or a strict bonus clause, check its siblings for the same.
