BonusOracle is an independent casino-review network covering 14 locales. We rate every operator against a published 5-component rubric (licensing, payment speed, complaint history, game library, support) and publish the math behind each score on the review page itself.
Editorial
Editorial is led by Rudolf Schädlich, a casino reviewer and gambling-industry analyst based in Berlin. He evaluates online casino platforms on licensing standards, bonus fairness, payment methods, and consumer protection, with a focus on player safety and responsible gambling. His background combines Media and Communication Studies with training in digital marketing and consumer protection, so he reads casino bonus T&Cs as ambiguous legal-register text, parsing wagering clauses, max-bet caps, and country-eligibility carve-outs against the operator’s actual behaviour. Every review on the site involves at least a hands-on operator-site visit (Path B in our methodology); the strongest reviews include a logged-in deposit or withdrawal session (Path A).
Funding
BonusOracle is funded by affiliate revenue from the operators we list. We earn a commission when a reader registers at an operator through one of our tracked links. Commercial relationships do not enter the scoring rubric: editorial sees the score before commercial sees the listing. We publish the operators we cover with a low rating just as openly as the ones with a high rating. If you spot something that reads otherwise, write to [email protected] and we will respond inline on the page in question.
How we publish complaints
Player disputes about specific operators are filed via the complaints register. We mediate between player and operator, then publish the full correspondence (with player identity anonymised) alongside the resolution status and time-to-response. Both the operator’s track record and our editorial response sit in the open record — that’s part of how the Complaint History component of every score is computed.
